  All the staff in this pharmacy are kind, friendly and helpful. More important, they are efficient and knowledgable. I have no hesitation in going to them for advice because I am confident they will send me to the doctor if it is necessary. I found this out when I had shingles; it started with an itching eye so I expected to be given some drops for infected eyes, but one particular pharmacist looked at it and sent me to the GP. Thanks to his care, I was able to get the correct treatment early enough to ensure I did not suffer too badly from the shingles. They take care when you have multiple prescriptions, making sure you know what each one is for and that you know how to take the medication properly. I always go to them for flu injections and advice about travel, and for other things like chiropody treatment and passport photographs, because they know me and I can rely on their judgement.
